About Us

At the heart of LakeSpaCottages is a passionate husband-and-wife team Raj & Kim Sran who have brought their lifestyle and vision to life. He’s a Realtor and Developer in Winnipeg and true outdoorsman, drawn to the water, fresh air, and simple moments in nature. She’s an Architect and Artist, with a creative eye for design, warmth and detail. Kim is currently working as a Project Manager in a very reputable firm in Winnipeg. Together with their three kids and two dogs, they’ve created these spaces that feel personal, inviting, and effortlessly connected to the natural surroundings.

The Sran Family invites you all to these three stunning lakefront properties offering a peaceful escape where every detail has been thoughtfully considered. Two retreats feature a private wood-fired hot tub and traditional sauna, delivering a spa-like experience in total privacy. With direct water access, guests can swim, fish, or kayak by day, then unwind under the northern lights and a sky full of stars, as gentle waves create the perfect backdrop for rest and relaxation.
